Why can the colour of my perfume change over time?
Our fragrances are made using high-quality raw materials, including natural ingredients. Natural extracts can vary slightly depending on harvest conditions, season, and origin.
Because of this, you may notice small variations in color between batches or a gradual deepening of color over time. Exposure to light and air can also influence the shade.
Has my perfume gone bad if the colour looks darker?
A darker tone can occur naturally over time due to the raw materials used. If the scent smells as intended, the fragrance is perfectly fine to use.
No Preservatives or Additives
Our perfumes are crafted without unnecessary additives. Every fragrance is made purely from molecules, essential oils, and alcohol, giving you a clean, authentic, and long-lasting scent. This means the natural evolution of colour over time is a normal, safe, and expected part of the perfume's character.
How should I store my perfume?
Store your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keeping the bottle in its box helps protect it from light exposure and preserves the scent longer.
How long does a perfume last after opening?
When stored properly, a perfume will typically maintain its quality for several years after opening.
Why does the scent smell different on my skin than on someone else?
Fragrance develops differently depending on skin chemistry, temperature, and moisture level. In addition, many of our fragrances are built around molecular structures that are designed to interact uniquely with the wearer.
Molecular fragrances adapt to your skin and environment, which means the scent can appear softer, warmer, fresher, or more intense from person to person. This is intentional — and part of the artistic expression behind the perfume.
Because of this, the same fragrance can smell noticeably different on two individuals.
Are your fragrances for men or women?
Almost all of our fragrances are genderless. We create scents based on mood, molecules, and emotion — not traditional gender categories.
That said, some fragrances may feel more bold, deep, or structured in character, while others lean toward a softer, lighter, or more delicate expression. It's never about who should wear a scent, but about what resonates with you.
• If you're drawn to fragrances with a stronger, more intense or traditionally masculine edge, we recommend: Lawyer, Molecule No. 8, Dreamer, Quantum, and Cloud Collection No. 1 & 3.
• If you prefer scents with a gentler, more luminous or traditionally feminine feel, we recommend: Pink Molecule, Sending Love, Purple Molecule, Youth & Carate Urio.
• If you are looking for a more fresh, modern and timeless scent. We recommend: The Muse, Inception, e'L, Cloud Collection No.2, & Molécule 234.38.
SAMPLES
Do you offer samples?
We often include 2–3 different fragrance samples with each order, so you can explore more of our collection.
At this time, we do not send samples separately. Samples are included when you place an order with us.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship to?
We ship across Europe. Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout based on your address.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on destination:
• Denmark: typically 1–4 business days
• Other European countries: typically 4–10 business days depending on country and carrier
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We work with trusted carriers including GLS and selected local delivery partners depending on destination.
RETURNS & SUPPORT
Can I return a fragrance if it has been opened?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team and we will assist you.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Please contact us with your order number and photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

I purchased my fragrance from another retailer — who should I contact for returns or claims?
If you purchased your fragrance from a retailer other than zarkoperfume.com, we kindly ask that you contact the store or webshop where the purchase was made regarding returns, refunds, or claims.
According to consumer regulations, the retailer who sold the product is responsible for handling returns and complaints, as they manage the transaction, payment, and order details.
Can ZARKOPERFUME help if I purchased from another retailer?
If you have questions about the fragrance itself, you are always welcome to contact us.
If the retailer is unable to assist you with a claim, please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to guide you further.
What information do I need when contacting support?
To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:
• Your order number (if purchased on zarkoperfume.com)
• The retailer name (if purchased elsewhere)
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos, if relevant (e.g. damaged items)

Are your fragrances compliant with regulations?
All our fragrances comply with EU cosmetic regulations and safety standards and in compliance with the IFRA standards, 51st amendment for use in Category 4.
