When purchasing goods in the Webshop you must provide your personal information, including name, address, and payment details.

All orders made on the Website are subject to our approval. We have not made a binding agreement of purchase with you before you have received an order confirmation from us.

When receiving your order, we will send you an electronic order confirmation, which constitutes acceptance of your offer to purchase. The order confirmation contains your order number, name, address, delivery address, method of payment, specification of products ordered and the total price including any shipping costs.

You must be 18 years of age or over to shop with us. If you are below the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

The price of a product is the price quoted in the Webshop at the time of placing the order. We make reservations for misprints and sold-out products.

All prices for products in the Webshop are applicable until changed.

All prices in the Webshop are listed in DKK and includes VAT.

Our Webshop is available to customers in Denmark.
You can pay with VISA, Master card, Visa Electron and MobilePay

We charge credit card fees according to the information provided when you choose your payment method.

The purchase amount is reserved on your chosen payment method when you place your order, but the amount will not be withdrawn until the order leaves our warehouse.

All communication between our payment system and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). Neither the Webshop nor any other unauthorized person has an opportunity to view the data exchanged in connection with a purchase.


If you place an order with shipment to Denmark, you pay Danish VAT (25%).


You have the right to change your mind about a purchase without explanation within 14 days. The withdrawal deadline is 14 days following the day, on which you or a person you have chosen (but not the carrier) gets physical possession of the item. If your order arrives in several shipments, the withdrawal period is calculated from the moment you or a person you have chosen (but not the carrier) gets physical possession of the last shipment. If the period ends on a bank holiday, a Saturday, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the period is extended to the next business day.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you simply need to return the item in accordance with the instructions on the delivery note/return receipt, which you received in the package with the item.

Please note that you cannot change your mind about a purchase by refusing to receive the item or omitting to collect it unless you also let us know that you have changed your mind. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you inform us that you changed your mind about the purchase before the withdrawal period expires.

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you must return the item to us at the below address without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us that you wish to withdraw your purchase:

When returning an item, you must complete and attach the delivery note and return receipt, which accompanied the item when you received it.

Please note that you must return the item in the same condition (saleable condition), in which you received it. That means, e.g., that it must be unused, in its complete original packaging, with unbroken sealing and all accompanying materials (e.g. labels, hang tags, assembly and care instructions, product leaflets etc.) must accompany the item when you return it.
